The Master Facilitator pathway is designed for experienced Certified Facilitators who wish to:

Deliver the Level 1 programme
Certify new facilitators
Represent and expand the methodology
Contribute to the evolution of the ecosystem

Master status is application-based and performance-evaluated.

It is not automatic progression.

Master Facilitator Upgrade

2-Day Master Programme: $4,500

Includes:

Train-the-trainer methodology
Certification authority training
Commercial programme structuring
Cohort management systems
Brand representation standards

Revenue Model for Masters

Level 1 Programme (future standard pricing): $2,500 per participant

Revenue split:

50% Master Facilitator
50% Platform

Example

15 participants × $2,500 = $37,500

Master share (50%) = $18,750
Platform share (50%) = $18,750

Masters are responsible for:

Marketing and filling cohorts
Local promotion
Delivery of programme

The platform provides:

Central registration infrastructure
Payment processing
Certification issuing
Curriculum updates
Brand management

This is a shared commercial model with aligned incentives.

Annual Master Collective Contribution

$1,500 per year

(includes Annual Masters Summit*)

This contribution supports:

Platform infrastructure
Brand positioning and marketing support
Lead routing system
Curriculum evolution
Certification governance

*The Annual Masters Summit serves as the central working forum for collective evolution of the methodology.

While travel and accommodation are self-funded, all other aspects of the forum are paid for (including meals and refreshments, and all activities). You won't be disappointed!

Master Standards

Master Facilitators must:

Deliver a minimum of one Level 1 cohort annually
Maintain high participant satisfaction
Protect pricing integrity
Participate in the Annual Summit
Uphold collective standards

Master status is reviewed annually and may be revoked if standards are not maintained (but that we have to say that so you know - the chances are slim. We're here to help you succeed!)

There maybe territorial exclusivity arrangements in some regions - that's yet to be determined.

The ecosystem operates on performance and professionalism.
